Senior Demolition Project Manager – UK & Europe

Colemans is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to lead complex deconstruction projects across the UK and Europe. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all live sites.

The role requires CCDO Black certification, NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS, and CSCS Managers Card, with a minimum of five years’ experience in major demolition or deconstruction. Travel across the UK and Europe is expected.
