Lead AI Productivity Engineer

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking Lead Engineers to join our new AI Productivity Lab. The Lab aims to accelerate internal AI-driven employee productivity and automate processes using agentic co-working technologies.

The role is hands-on, building domain-specific agents and tools, collaborating with Principal Engineers and the Lab Head to prototype and embed solutions in day-to-day business activities, within the Data & AI Unit of the CTO.
