Strategic Health & Safety Leader for Rail Projects

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager to lead the health and safety function across rail projects, site locations and offices. The role provides strategic leadership, technical advice and practical support to embed a culture centred on safe working, sustainability and wellbeing.

You will roll out safety initiatives, lead day-to-day safety leadership for project teams and ensure policies reflect current legislation. Strong communication and investigation skills are essential.
