ML Benchmark Architect for Drug Discovery

Novogaia is seeking a machine learning research engineer to design and own internal benchmarks, evaluation pipelines, and adversarial checks for molecular AI models. You will turn evaluation results into research priorities and work closely with the modeling team to improve datasets and assessments.

In the first year, you lead measurement of model quality from benchmark design through adversarial testing and reporting, shaping how much weight outputs carry in practice.
