Senior Mechanical Fitter – Immediate Start, Overtime Pay

Precision People is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Fitter to join a busy manufacturing site in Loughborough (LE11). The role offers day shifts: Monday to Thursday 06:00–14:00 and Friday 06:00–12:30, with an immediate start and a temp-to-perm pathway.

You will fit internal components into cabs, read detailed drawings, and ensure high quality while supporting production targets. Overtime is paid at a premium and hours are steady, with a long-term opportunity within a growing team.
