You’ll deliver the portfolio management strategy, through robust underwriting performance projections at a granular level, ensuring incentives and deals add value.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Produce projections of underwriting performance, feeding into Finance teams planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other Pricing and Insight teams to agree appropriate strategic plan and forecasting assumptions for projection models.
- Support the GUO Portfolio Management process, producing analysis and material to meet Company requirements.
- Ensure appropriate value-based retention incentives are in place, rolling out initiatives to front line teams, recommending appropriate corrective action is taken if underperforming.
- Previous experience leading, developing, coaching and motivating a Pricing, Underwriting or Finance team.
- Expert knowledge of the dynamics of the private medical insurance (PMI) market.
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Company operates.
- Demonstrable knowledge of pricing and key drivers of performance.
