Public Health Nurse – 0-19 Family Health (Band 5)

Band 5 Staff Nurse is part of our Wiltshire Health Visiting Team, delivering preventative and supportive care to children and families in community and home settings. You’ll work to identify health needs, deliver targeted interventions and support vulnerable children within a public health framework.

Essential is NMC registration, experience with families, a UK driving licence and safeguarding commitment. Part-time, 22.5 hours, flexible agile working across Wiltshire hubs.
