Managing Quantity Surveyor – Water Infrastructure (Hybrid)

Gold Group Limited seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery for water infrastructure projects. The role oversees a team across several £5m-£20m schemes, with hybrid working from a Watford-area office and future travel to Essex.

From late 2026, role expands to a second water framework requiring travel. You will drive cost control, procurement, and client relationships to support framework growth and ensure commercial integrity.
