Gas Heating Engineer – Social Housing First-Time Fix

City of York Council is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join the Building Services team. You will service, fault-find, repair and maintain domestic gas boilers, heating systems and controls across occupied and void properties, ensuring safety and compliance.

ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) and substantial domestic gas experience are required. Social housing experience and high first-time-fix rates would be advantageous.
