Field Service Lead – Installations (Night Shifts, 6mo)

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to manage overnight installations across Edinburgh and customer sites. This fixed-term contract (6 months) requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and a valid UK driving licence.

You will lead a small team of technicians, install hardware, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. Work will involve travel, night shifts, and adherence to safety protocols while delivering high-quality installations on schedule.
