Job Description:
Treatt is seeking a Shift Lead – nights (6-month fixed term) in Bury St. Edmunds to manage night production shifts, ensure safety and efficiency, and support production planning. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and lead a team to meet OTIF targets while upholding GMP and BRC compliance.
The role emphasises continuous improvement, toolbox talks, and effective communication across stakeholders to optimise labour and equipment usage with a strong safety culture.
