Thames Valley Area Manager — Growth & Patient Care

PortmanDentex is seeking a commercially-led Area Manager to lead the Thames Valley area, overseeing circa 23 dental practices. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth, EBITDA, and the highest patient care standards through strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

The role requires field-based work with regular travel to practices, cross-functional collaboration with clinical leaders, and a drive to optimise performance across the network.
