Strategic Head of Patient Safety & Governance

St John & St Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a Head of Patient Safety, Governance & Risk to lead safety, governance and quality across the hospital and hospice. You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and drive robust assurance, data insights and learning culture for regulatory compliance.

The role requires senior experience in patient safety and governance, with a focus on PSIRF, incident investigations and continuous improvement in a private healthcare setting.
