Frontend Platform Lead — Scale & Mentor Teams

Xelix is seeking a Principal Team Lead (Front End) to scale our frontend platform and guide a group of Tech Team Leads. You will shape architectural standards, drive performance, and mentor leaders while partnering with VP of Engineering and Staff Engineers.

Hybrid role with a strong emphasis on React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. You will balance strategy with hands-on coding and lead by example to raise our engineering bar across teams.
