Lead Pharmacist: Homecare Medicines Services

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician to lead and transform Homecare Medicines Services. You will oversee safe, effective and sustainable delivery of homecare medicines across the Trust.

You will develop staff, drive service improvements, manage contracts and budgets, and build strong relationships with clinical teams and providers while representing the Trust at regional and national homecare networks.
