Position: Business Development Representative
Luxeholdinggroup is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a rapidly growing company in the luxury goods industry, we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to our success and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
– Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industries
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
– Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services
– Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition
– Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends
– Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
– Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress to the management team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
– Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business deals
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
– Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
– Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
