Priory Lichfield Road has anopportunity for a Hospital Director tojoin our team.
Lichfield Road is aRehabilitation Service in Bloxwich, Walsall. This rehabilitationservice is accessible by public transport, with local bus stopsapproximately a 2–5 minute walk away and Bloxwich railway stationapproximately a 5–10 minute taxi journey from thesite.
What you’ll bedoing
The Hospital Director isresponsible for the hospital’s overall leadership, operationaleffectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Asthe Hospital Director, they will ensure services are delivered inaccordance with legal and regulatoryrequirements.
Other key responsibilitieswill include:
- Accountability forthe hospital and its commercial performance.
- Leads and manages the Hospital Senior Management team(SMT) across all aspects of day-to-day business deliverables,including monitoring performance in relation to quality performanceindicators (QPIs) and managing performance at sites whereimprovement is required.
- Alongside theManaging Director, maintain oversight and lead on the management ofclinical risk at the site.
- Accountable toensure the service performs to agreed targets for businessplanning, financial performance (meeting both planned revenue andEBITDA) and quality and care standards.
- Toproactively use management information to effectively identifyareas of underperformance and to put action plans in place todeliver improvements to the required standard using performancemanagement interventions where appropriate.

- Degree-level education and/or relevant professionalregistration in health or social care (postgraduate qualificationdesirable).
- Strong leadership anddecision-making skills, with experience leading teams and managingchange.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Resilient and adaptable,able to perform effectively under pressure while maintainingquality and compliance.
