Residential Care Support Worker — Empower Children to Thrive

Agincare is opening a new Children’s Residential Home in Wimborne, Dorset, and seeks compassionate Support Workers to join the founding team. You’ll provide consistent, caring support to children with learning disabilities, helping them feel safe and empowered.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins where needed, with opportunities for progression and funded Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.
