Trauma-Informed Children’s Residential Support Worker

Esland is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide nurturing care in our homes. The role includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed support, and facilitating activities that help children reach positive outcomes.

You will work a 2-on 4-off pattern with sleep-ins, require a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Overtime may be available, and progression into senior roles is offered.
