Senior Care Home Lead – Clinical & Team Leader

Barchester is seeking a Community Lead for our Residential Care Homes. You will lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring person-centred care while respecting independence, privacy and dignity.

The role includes clinical duties such as recording observations (weight and blood pressure) and simple wound dressing, while building trust with residents and families. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and willingness to pursue an assessor qualification are preferred;
