Flexible Bank Early Years Practitioner (Levels 2–3)

YMCA Trinity Group – Childcare in Ipswich is seeking flexible Bank Nursery Practitioners with Level 2 or 3 early years qualifications to join a warm, welcoming team. You will support daily nursery operations, deliver engaging activities for children aged 0–5, and step in to cover shifts as needed.

This role offers no fixed rota, DBS checks funded by us, paid induction and mandatory training, and the chance to gain valuable experience in a busy setting in central Ipswich.
