Youth Residential Care Leader

Monarch Interventions is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day management of a children’s home, leading residential staff and ensuring high safeguarding standards. You will work closely with the Registered/Service Manager to drive safety, stability and positive outcomes for young people.

In this role you will develop and review care plans, supervise staff, manage rotas, and ensure records and reporting are completed accurately, supporting continuous improvement within the service.
