Band 3 Community Rehab Assistant – NHS

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Rehabilitation Assistant Band 3 for the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS) in a London-based community setting. You will work with Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care in patients’ homes and in the community, with a weekend rota requirement.

The role includes probationary period, a structured induction, and the Trust’s values, while providing professional development and access to NHS Pension.
