SCPHN School Nurse – Part-Time Health Champion (Band 6)

HCRG Care Group in Paulton is seeking a Band 6 SCPHN School Nurse to lead and deliver high quality health care and support for children within BaNES Public Health Service.

You will provide health care, advice and education as part of the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with schools and families to reduce health inequalities and safeguard children. This is a 22.5-hour per week term-time role based at Paulton Memorial Hospital.
