Night Senior Carer: Overnight Care Leader

Barchester Healthcare in Newport (Wales) is looking for a Night Senior Carer to support residents with warm, person-centred care and to supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

You’ll contribute to clinical responsibilities in elderly care, including medications, assessments and care plans. The role offers ongoing training and real progression opportunities towards Care Practitioner or nursing roles within the group.
