Community Leg Ulcer Nurse – Wound Care Specialist (PT)

Diamond Health Group operates a Community Leg Ulcer Service across Somerset, with satellite sites in Langport, Ilminster, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Wincanton. A Practice Nurse is sought to develop specialist skills in wound care, with a structured training programme provided.

This is a fixed-term, part-time role for 12 months, 21 hours per week on Tue, Thu and Fri, offering a supportive team and potential extension subject to business need.
