Inpatient Care Assistant – Rehab & Palliative

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in West Mendip Community Hospital is seeking Health Care Assistants to join an enthusiastic, motivated team on the inpatient wards. You will support nursing staff and help deliver the fundamentals of care to patients.

The unit is a 16-bed ward providing rehabilitation support and palliative/end-of-life care for patients and families, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and learning as the service develops.
