Senior Healthcare Assistant – Mental Health & Recovery

The Lighthouse, a Priory Group facility near Stroud, seeks a Senior Support Worker. This full-time contract role offers 40 hours weekly and a salary of £30,764 per year.

You will support complex mental health patients, assist with care plans, and work within a compassionate, multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have at least NVQ 1 (or GCSEs in Math/English) and the Care Certificate, with two years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
