HCRG Care Group in Essex is seeking a Band 5 School Nurse to join the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service. You will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, assess health needs, and coordinate care for children, young people, and families within the community.

You will work with a Healthy Family Team, provide leadership, supervise pre-registration students, and pursue ongoing professional development via SCPHN training and the Practice Education Team.
