Senior Care Lead: Compassionate Dementia & Nursing Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll plan and deliver personalised care, building real relationships with residents and their families.

You’ll support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, supervise Care Assistants, ensure accurate records, assist with medication administration, and promote dignity, independence and safety every day.
