Property Claims Lead – Proactive Portfolio Management

Beazley is seeking a Claims Manager – Property to lead individual claims and portfolios within Group Claims. You will drive proactive claim strategies, work with underwriters, and ensure high client service while following Beazley’s standards and policy framework.

Essentially, you will manage relationships with brokers and insureds, balance reserves, and ensure regulatory compliance across complex property claims. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required.
