Personal Assistant York Hospital | Permanent | Full time. Up to £30,000 depending on experience. 37.5 hours per week.

As a Personal Assistant at our York Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Senior Management Team in the smooth running of a busy hospital.
Responsibilities
- Manage email and diary co-ordination.
- Control and facilitate meeting schedules.
- Arrange and minute key committee meetings.
- Analyse and collate data.
- Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.
- Ensure Practicing Privilege documentation is up to date and in line with policy requirements.
- Co-ordinate new Practicing Privilege applications and renewals Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines.
- Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants.
- Provide administration support to the Senior Management Team
Requirements
- Sound knowledge and competency in IT systems.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills
