Community Social Worker – Home Visits & Wellbeing

CISWO The Coal Mining Charity is seeking a dedicated Social Worker for the Personal Welfare Team in Mansfield. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support, delivering services in clients’ homes and local communities, while empowering individuals to access advice, advocacy and practical assistance to improve independence and wellbeing.
