Housing Architectural Technician – Design Specialist

The Architectural Technician role sits within a Design & Technical team for a reputable house builder, delivering high-quality schemes and guiding them through the planning process. You will work on housing developments and contribute to the technical stages of both new and existing schemes.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will provide technical support to Construction, Commercial and Sales; update house types; assist in briefing consultants; prepare Planning and Building Regulation
