Confidential is seeking a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal in Chelmsford to join the busy Conveyancing Department. The role involves assisting in residential transactions, liaising with clients, and supporting fee earners with admin tasks in a fast-paced firm.

Knowledge of New Build is useful but not essential. You will deliver quotes, manage Land Registry forms, and help with pre-exchange searches and post-completion procedures.
