Customer Service Advisor – Auto Repair Front Desk

Activate Group is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for Activate Accident Repair in Hucknall. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, greet visitors, coordinate courtesy cars and liaise with the workshop to keep customers informed of repair progress.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle payments and queries in a professional manner. 45 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with real living wage principles.
