Retail Operations Assistant — Night Shifts & Stock

Marks and Spencer in Coventry is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse, handling stock and deliveries, keeping shelves full, store clean, and ready for customers.

This role is fast-paced, physically demanding and requires you to move quickly and stay accurate. You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries, manage stock, support colleagues across the store, and adapt across shifts from early mornings to late days.
