Autism 1:1 SEND Support Assistant — Calm, Impactful Support

Protocol Education Ltd in Ferryhill is recruiting a 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to support a pupil with Autism at a specialist school. You will work closely with one pupil throughout the day, helping with routines, learning and emotional regulation. This full‑time role (term time) starts September 2026.

Pay ranges from £92.63 to £108 per day, dependent on experience. You don’t necessarily need prior school experience, but patience, reliability and resilience are essential traits to help children
