Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a SEND Support Assistant in Durham to work 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil with Autism. This long‑term, full‑time role supports the pupil’s learning, routines and emotional regulation within a supportive school environment.
You will work hands‑on, remain resilient during transitions, and help the pupil gain confidence, communication skills and independence while supporting the teacher as needed.
