Night Shift Warehouse Operative | Growth Path

DPD Worcester is hiring high-energy Warehouse Operatives to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you’ll be on your feet for the entire shift, starting at 00:00 and working 40 hours per week under a FTC until Jan 15th 2027.

You’ll handle loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels up to 25kg, use our systems, and operate warehouse equipment safely. The role offers extensive training, uniform and PPE, plus benefits including pay nights and career progression.
