Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Driver to join our client based in Oldbury.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver to join the team on a full-time basis, working rotating shifts Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment, moving and storing stock, loading and unloading goods and supporting general warehouse operations when required.
Candidates must have previous Bendi/Flexi forklift experience and hold a valid, in-date Bendi/Flexi licence.
The Role:
- Operating a Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck
- Moving and storing stock safely within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Putting stock away into designated locations
- Picking and preparing stock when required
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Carrying out daily forklift safety checks
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts
Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts as part of the rotating shift pattern.

The Person:
- Valid, in‑date Bendi/Flexi licence essential
- Previous Bendi/Flexi driving experience required
- Previous warehouse experience
- Confident operating within a busy warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of ongoing work depending on performance and client requirements.
