Counterbalance Drivers Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV8.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and a guaranteed pay increase after two weeks.
Please note: We can accept candidates with an in-house Counterbalance qualification or an expired Counterbalance licence.
The Role
As a Counterbalance Driver, your duties may include:
- Operating a Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and replenishing stock
- Using warehouse systems and equipment as required
- Checking stock and maintaining accurate locations
- General warehouse duties will be required if no work available on the Counterbalance truck
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Experienced operating a Counterbalance Truck (minimum 3 months experience)
- Safety-conscious and able to follow warehouse procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7
- Holds an accredited, in-house or expired Counterbalance licence
