Lease & MRO Agreement Specialist

Stonegate Group in the UK is seeking an Agreement Coordinator (Rent Events) to manage key admin workflows for Market Rent Only and rent reviews, plus variations to lease terms for the Pub Partners estate, lease assignments and MSAs. You will work with Lease Development Managers, Valuation Manager, Regional Managers and external solicitors to progress to completion.

The role requires accuracy, strong organisation and excellent communication.
