Furness Education Trust is looking for a talented and inspiring Assistant Catering Manager to support the Catering Manager in the effective management, administration, compliance and development of the catering function across the Trust. The postholder will ensure high standards of food safety, nutrition, financial control, customer service and compliance while providing operational support to the kitchen teams.

Contract: Full Time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday), term time plus 4 weeks (42 weeks per year) Permanent post
