Devon Employability Coach — Local Community Support

Exeter College is seeking an Employability Coach to support unemployed adults across Devon, with emphasis on Tiverton, Honiton, Newton Abbot, Exeter and surrounding areas.

You will join a team of 4 coaches across Devon, supported by the Group Lead for Employability and a coordinator who helps ensure the right adults receive the right support from our team.

This role focuses on delivering practical assistance and encouragement in local town settings.
