STUDENT MOVE-IN TEAM – NEWCASTLE & DURHAM

Are you bubbly, energetic and love meeting new people?

We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to help welcome students as they move into their new accommodation this September!

DATES

10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th September

SHIFT OPTIONS

• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 10:00am – 6:00pm
• 12:00pm – 8:00pm

There may be flexibility to work multiple dates, so please let us know your availability when applying.

THE ROLE

• Meeting and greeting students as they arrive at their accommodation
• Helping students and their families with the move-in process
• Moving and carrying luggage, boxes and heavy bags
• Providing friendly, helpful information and directions
• Answering questions and making students feel welcome
• Helping the accommodation team keep move-in running smoothly
• Being a positive and approachable first point of contact for new students
• Friendly, bubbly and approachable
• Confident meeting and speaking to new people
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting/carrying heavy bags
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive and energetic, even during busy periods
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Professional and passionate about giving students a great first impression

You don’t need previous experience — personality, enthusiasm and a great attitude are what matter most!
