Are you an experienced Support Worker, Care Worker or SEN professional looking to take your experience into a secondary school environment?

We are recruiting caring, resilient and committed SEN Support Workers to work across specialist secondary schools in Aylesbury, supporting young people with a range of additional needs.

We’re looking for:

• Previous SEN experience OR support work/care experience
• Comfortable and confident supporting with personal care
• Available 5 days a week
• A patient, calm and nurturing approach
• Someone looking for a long-term or permanent position
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people

The role:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting students with learning, communication and development
• Helping young people manage emotional and behavioural needs
• Supporting with personal care and daily routines
• Promoting independence, confidence and life skills
• Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
