What we need We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is proactive, uses their initiative and is flexible when changes occur. Your contract will be full time (8. 30am to 3. 30pm Monday to Thursday / 8. 30am to 2. 30pm Friday), term time only. Initially this will be a fixed term contract, with the possibility of moving to a permanent position. To be successful in this post, you will need: excellent communication skills, confidence in the classroom to ensure a nurturing environment and an understanding of children with additional needs.
