Autonomous Claims Support Technician – Loss Adjusting

Davies Group’s Loss Adjusting division is seeking a proactive and skilled Loss Adjuster Technician to join our expanding team in Stoke. You will support Adjusters with managing claims, including cases over £25,000, delivering professional and customer-focused service to clients, suppliers and policyholders.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, review reports, and manage your caseload within delegated authority while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
