Special Needs TA — Primary/EY, Makaton & Down’s Support

Oak Lodge School is seeking 2 experienced Teaching Assistants to join our primary/early years provision. The roles are 32.5 hours per week for 39 weeks, with a permanent contract and start date as soon as possible.

You will support pupils with Down’s syndrome and other complex needs, use Makaton to aid communication and provide personal care. We offer a supportive team environment, small school community (91 pupils) and ongoing professional development including Makaton training.
